Sorry there're no proof! But you can trust us. We've made more than 1000 stamps and know how to crop the best out. If you are not sure which picture would work the best, you can upload all of them and I will pick one. No worries we got "Not satisfied? Remake!" If you don't like it.

What kinds of pet can we make?

 We made cats, dogs, pigeons, cows, horses, Dutch pigs, hamsters...

How many times can the stamp be used?

The stamp can be used thousands of times. Don't worry about running out of ink.

And how do I add ink?

Typically, when you receive our pet stamp, it comes with enough ink to last you thousands of uses. But in case it runs out, you can purchase photosensitive ink online or at a supermarket. Simply drop 1-2 drops directly onto the surface of the stamp and wait for it to absorb (1-2 minutes).

What makes a good photo?

1. Make sure your photo has good lighting - enough to reveal the details of your furry (or non-furry) friend's face without overpowering brightness.

2. Opt for a head-on shot - capturing your pet's entire face, including both ears. Incomplete faces in photos result in incomplete representations on your product.

3. Avoid blurry images - higher clarity photos yield better results. Keep in mind that photos will be resized, so subtle features may not translate clearly.

What kinds of pet can we make?

If I have multiple pet photos and find it hard to decide which one is best, what should I do?

You can upload them all! Then, let us know and we'll help you choose. We'll use our experience to select the most suitable one. Don't hesitate to reach out – let's work together to ensure you'll love the final carpet!

How long will it take for me to receive my items?

For carpet orders:

Pet Portrait Drafting: We'll sketch out your pet portrait draft within 2-4 business days(rest assured, each portrait is hand-drawn by our artists, not generated by AI).
Draft Confirmation: We'll send the draft to you via email for confirmation. Please reply promptly with any revisions needed. If we don't hear back from you within 5 business days, we'll proceed with production.
Carpet Production: We'll complete the carpet production within 3-4 business days and then package and ship it.

For stamps and phone grips orders:

Production Time: We'll complete the stamps/phone grip production within 5-7 business days and then package and ship it.

Shipping Time: If you're in the US, you can expect to receive the product in about 2-8 days. If you're in the UK, it'll take approximately 5-8 days. For other countries, expect delivery within about 5-13 days. Due to the large size of carpets, upgrading shipping services may incur high costs.

Will I receive a preview image before production?

For carpet orders, we'll send you an email for confirmation once the pet portrait draft is completed. So, please make sure to provide an accurate email address at checkout, preferably subscribing to our emails!

To save your time, please make sure to specify in the order notes any specific features of your pet you'd like to highlight or include in the portrait, such as hats they wear or their playful tongue.

For stmaps and phone grip orders, sorry there'll be no proof. But we guarantee "not satisfied, remake!"for every pup parents!
